You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@tryhealpure.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose.
The return address will be provided to you after you have sent us the completed withdrawal form via email.
Please note: if you refuse to accept your ordered products, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This fee amounts to $10.95 for all orders.
Alternatively, you may accept the goods and send them directly to our return center. In this case, no additional return fee will apply (only the standard return shipping costs).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please note that cancellation immediately after placing an order is not possible, as our logistics center processes and ships orders within a few hours. The right of withdrawal only applies once the goods have been delivered to you.
Furthermore, no refund will be issued if the goods are not accepted. The goods must be properly accepted and returned within 14 days to the return address provided in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
You are also not entitled to return products that have been used or soiled.
Example: You may test our products for up to 14 days on a clean surface after receiving them. However, you must not damage or use them in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale. If we receive items showing signs of use, no refund will be issued.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
